6 tablespoons olive oil
3 small cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salter sea salt

Cover or seal and store in the fridge for a minimum of two hours. Add an additional teaspoon of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Use tongs to add fish fillets to the skillet. Spoon over some of the remaining marinade and cook on each side for about 3 minutes (spooning additional marinade on other side when flipped). Continue to cook if necessary until fishes cooked thoroughly and center has no raw areas.
