Hi guys hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe.
well, this is a vent video, I am not doing too well, I'm having ups and downs. To be truthful I don't know what I'm feeling. One minute I'm fine the next am not. I seem to be a happy girl to everyone. I don't know why I am feeling this way.
I know the best thing to do is talk to someone about how I am feeling, but that's easier said than done. Like I said before I have been known as a shy girl. Trust me, I hardly talk to everyone. The only times I would feel ok to talk was with family or close friends.
People say " I am here for you, tell me how you are feeling". I won't know how to respond because I don't know where to start. I don't do very well, with expressing my feelings. I have been known to hide my feelings as I don't want others to worry about me. I'm a caring person. I care about others more than I care about myself.
My mum would say that life is hard, but I wasn't expecting it to be this hard.
