Recently while riding, I’ve been getting this strange anxiety feeling in certain corners. I feel fine, the bike feels fine, but my brain suddenly processes it like that split second when you start to crash. It’s that stomach drop, butterfly feeling, even though nothing is actually happening. In this video, I talk through that phantom crash feeling and what it’s like trying to ride through it.
