There comes a time in every mans life when he has to make a Street Fighter PC mod using I.M. Meen sound clips.
For me, that time is now.
The result is this, a video showcasing some of the mod. (Sorry, no personal actions showcased, as I don't have them unlocked. I'm lame like that.)

I don't claim to be a master modder (and I definitely don't claim to be a master player), but its a good start. What Id really love to see, though, is a full on mod, so if you want to contribute, either with a 3D model, or even just a paint job, of I.M. Meen, well put them together and have our own character.
