This year hasn’t quite gone to plan. Between the hot weather, everything that’s been happening personally - plus the general chaos of life - I’ve realised I needed to take a step back from the garden.
So in this video, I’m taking a proper look at my garden and thinking about what actually matters 🌱
Rather than constantly chasing the perfect garden, I’m prioritising what’s best for the plants, the garden, and importantly, what’s best for me too. Sometimes gardening means stepping back, changing plans and accepting that you simply can’t do it all.
I’ll share what’s been happening, how the hot weather has affected the garden, the changes I’m thinking about making, and why taking a break might actually be exactly what the garden — and I — needed.
