🤫 I’m letting parents in on a little sleep-training secret…

Consistency is the answer to SO much.

A consistent schedule.
Consistent wake windows.
A consistent response to night wakings.
A consistent response to early morning wake-ups.
Consistently putting your baby down the same way for sleep.
Consistent responses to crying.

Your baby doesn’t need you to be perfect. They need you to be predictable.

When your response changes from night to night, your baby can’t figure out what to expect. And when they know what to expect, they can start building confidence around sleep.

This doesn’t mean you have to use one specific sleep-training method or parent a certain way.

It means choose an approach that aligns with your family and then be consistent with it. ❤️

If you’re struggling to know what consistency should actually look like for YOUR baby, comment HELP and I’ll send you information about a one-on-one consultation.
