I want to preface by saying there was no one else in the office when I was filming this, and if anyone were to come in I would have stopped. Making videos is how I process emotions- for better or for worse, and I was overwhelmed so I started filming. I did the same thing at my sisters wedding, at a diner, etc. There are certain times where I don't know what else to do, and for me to be able to move forward I feel I need to film myself talking about my emotions. I'm not saying it's a great habit- I'm just saying it's one I have. We'll probably talk about that in therapy too. Thank you to everyone who watches this and is supportive- the gratitude I have for you is more than my insufferable soul is able to express. Thank you I love you.
