My plan was to put my original music videos to good use by using them as motivation for 20 minute exercise workouts twice a day. I love my music, but I love my health and life even more. Anything that will keep me on my program every day, is a good thing! So I play my music and put in my time exercising and sure enough, I'm getting better and better and not older and worser!

If you are recovering your health or regaining mobility after too much inactivity, you likely can make good progress if you just get back in the habit of moving. Walking and dancing are great, simple things to do. I also talk about the 8 Minute Wonder, an exercise I've been doing for decades. Turn on my playlist of exercise music videos and just go!!
I see exercise as being fun. Watch a playlist of bouncy, entertaining songs and dance or just move the best you can. This will get you into the habit of exercising again. You can do this standing or seated. I'm not a medical doctor or health professional, but I have had many years' experience taking care of myself in good health times and bad.
I'm Getting Better and Better Not Older and Worser.
