In this YouTube Backstage we’re finalizing Titles and Thumbnails live, sharing the exact tools, the iterations, and the reasoning behind whatever we land on.

Most people only show you the result: the finished video, the thumbnail that worked, the screenshot of the views. We never see what happened in between — the title that got cut, the thumbnail idea that flopped, why a video didn't take off.
That's usually the part that you can learn the most from, so we're showing it.

🗓️ Friday, July 10 — Analytics Review: Hate looking at your YouTube Analytics? Me too a lot of the time. But we'll look at my real numbers to see what's working, what isn't, and what I'm changing because of it.
Each live stream will run 30-60 minutes with live Q&A at the end to deepen understanding about whatever we covered that day.
