I owe you an explanation. It's been 2+ years since I've been active here and you might be wondering why:

In March 2022, right after I recorded a big batch of videos, I got blindsided by long covid. It was bad. I'm talking full bed rest for weeks, then only working a few hours a week.

This forced a big pivot in my marketing plan. No more content marketing for me. My limited bandwidth needed to be conserved for clients and the *extensive* self-care routine I now needed.

But now?

I'm back. :) And stronger than ever.

A stronger body...a stronger business...

And a stronger conviction to help you build the same. 💪

Because we ALL need real businesses that work for our real life.
