Until two weeks ago, making this piece with Sonic Field would require over an hour of processing time on my machine. With the optimisations (see this year's Java Advent Calendar 1 Dec) I have been working on, it took 5 minutes; that is less than the play time which is a major revolution in Sonic Field processing. Hence, I am very excited to be creative with Sonic Field again - so Sonic Field is back.
