I was suspended due to a bogus DMCA around December 12, 2007.
Youtube unexpectedly restored my account after four months of undeserved suspension!

Youtube's new Policies. The changes described in these policies are not enough to explain why Youtube allowed me back at this time. It has been only 4 ½ months since I was suspended. From the blog, it looks like it would take 6 months before I was eligible for forgiveness. And I was suspended for copyright infringement. The charge against me was bogus. I did not violate copyright. But that is what Youtube nailed me for. And according to the blog, there is no amnesty policy for copyright infringers.
