How many times have we talked ourselves out of self-care? I know girl, me too!
Baby we all are guilty of denying ourself the proper selfcare that we need.
Sometimes we need a massage, a getaway or just plain ole disconnecting and relaxing.
So starting TUH-DAY on the 2nd day of 2022 we are gonna set some things straight!
•prayer is the key…NOTHING comes between your time with God. It’s personal
•take care of yourself. You are your own best friend. How can you expect someone to be good to you if you aren’t good to you?
•say NO! Chile, I learned this one about 2 years ago and it feels so good. Even if you don’t have plans it’s healthy to say no. Your body needs to rest and what better way than relaxation!
