This video has not been prompted or inspired by any one particular person or persons but over the years I have come to understand myself a little better and thought it would make a good topic for a video.
I have now met a few other fellow "Sigma's" and they are the easiest people to be around, or not as the case may be.
A Sigma is someone who is quite happy with his or her's own company but in many cases will also be happy to share time with others but perhaps preferring the Solitude more maybe?
That's how it is with me.
I have friends and many of them I have come to realise are also Sigma's.
I may not see them from one month to the next but when I do it's like there was no distance or time between us.
They come and they go but they always come back and it is also very hard to offend a Sigma person.
You can say what you want (within reason) A Sigma person is hard to offend, they take you on face value and have no desire to put pressure or exert any will over another person.
They guard their time and space carefully and generally choose to associate with only a small number of people.
In my case I am generally happiest when away from noise and crowds.
Let the Alpha's be the leaders if they wish, (what a stress that would be for me)
Let the Beta's follow the leaders (what a stress that would be for me)
Let me be me and you be you, I'm happy with that and if you are too well you might be just me a Sigma too :)
