I’m a big believer in working in office. Can people be productive at home.. sure, but in a team setting when you’re building something things slow down massively when working apart.
Business is hard enough, let’s make it harder by working apart, trying to get on zoom calls to talk, and grabbing groceries and running errands throughout the day
I know someone in the comments will argue that “working from home is better”… 99% of the time those people have never actually ran a business with more than 50 employees
There’s a reason most major Fortune 500 companies who allowed work from home the last few years have now reversed decision and make their people come back to work
Also people young in their careers gain so much insight rubbing shoulders with more senior people in office. You get to overhear calls, communications just by being there that you’d miss out being at home
Do whatever you want with your business. But for me and my businesses, we’re going to work together and have a blast doing it 😊
