ILLUMISE & TERAPAGOS ARE AN AMUSING PAIR | 2026 VGC REG J

Howdy Ho, YouTube! Today, I am using another team by Dodoriosiriru, a prominent team creator. This one features unusual picks like Illumise & Terapagos. Let's take a look!

We will start there. Terapagos is a standard Calm Mind set, but it has the Mirror Herb instead of normal items. This especially helps in the face of set-up Calyrex Shadow. The second restricted is actually Calyrex Shadow. However, this is a Focus Sash set with Encore. They're both supported by Fake Tears, Tailwind Illumise, a role usually reserved for Whimsicott.

The rest of the team is standard. Safety Goggles Indeedee provides terrain control and a spore immunity. Life Orb Raging Bolt has immediate offensive pressure while helping in the sun match-up. Finally, Choice Scarf Urshifu does exactly what it always does. The interesting thing about this set, though, is that it's Jolly. That's standard for Dodorio, however.
