Ogle County, Illinois - “The Toilet of Illinois” - continues to allow illegal animal abuse. On Aug 31, more animals were brutalized in the name of “entertainment.” We called and reported, but corrupt Sheriff Brian VanVickle and State's Attorney Mike Rock once again did nothing.

As has been the case for the last four years, criminal animal abusers continue to take a dump on Illinois humane laws in Ogle County without penalty.
