Some joker thinks he/she can pass the traffic cones just to cut into the next lane (skipping the admittedly-long queue in the process) without putting his/her signal, and knocking into a cone at the same time!
Well, no one expected my camera to catch the culprit in the act (although its too bad the number plate is rather blurry)!
