My Ultimate OFF GRID Solar System finally installed at my homestead. Being "Off Grid" is a cool thing to shoot for, but you can still do it technically while being connected to the grid. I know that sounds weird, or wrong - but I am connected to the grid, but now have the capability to go fully off-grid. Whether I do this for fun, or out of necessity, it is an awesome feeling being able to do it. In this video I show my whole solar / battery setup that will allow me to never lose power again, and disconnect from the grid whenever I want. I talk about how the whole system works, the benefits, and why you might want to get a whole home solar / battery backup setup going.
