I'll Cry Instead- A Beatles cover by Songwriter X and the Skeleton Band. I've sang and played this song for years as I like the way it rocks, but until I started working on this video I didn't realize what an 'angry young man vibe' these lyrics had. I guess Lennon was quite an 'angry young man' himself when he wrote it. Still the song, all two and one half minutes of it, is brilliant! ~X~ Our links:
