This video covers 1) the structures & adaptations of arteries, veins, and capillaries 2) names of some main blood vessels 3) functions of shunt vessels, arterioles, and venules.

I may not have made it clear enough in the video, but the muscles in the arterioles' walls contract to cause vasoconstriction and relax to cause vasodilation. :)
