I think that Marc Oni not appearing in the pilot was a huge missed opportunity on our end. Part of me wants to save him and make his introduction a special event, but the demons in my brain are barking at me to use him as the show’s marketable sexyman guy.

However, the pilot had a VERY small budget (our Kickstarter flopped) so there were limits on what we could create. I just couldn’t think of a way to work him in without sacrificing the episode’s pacing or the character dialogue, and as a writer I just refused to give that up. Still, it’s fun to share some more animation tests from Epilogue of Endings! This one features Marc Oni, head denizen of the yellow Monarch, and Dahlia, our resident cartoonist doodling her OCs out in the wasteland.
