The Victory is an 80s design brought back by popular demand: 24 frets (rare for Gibson), 80s tribute humbuckers with coil splits, and inner/outer coil selection — a surprisingly versatile guitar.
The Firebird Platypus is a 1965-era transitional Firebird with a normal headstock instead of the usual banjo-style tuners. It has the iconic mini humbuckers — somewhere between single coil and full humbucker — and upper fret access that rivals an SG.
The Theodore is named after Gibson CEO Ted McCarty and was released from a sketch found after his death. Tulip-shaped body, straight string pull headstock, 57 Classic humbuckers, and a simple single volume/single tone layout. Perfect if you want Gibson tones without the usual suspects.
All three share mahogany bodies, rosewood fingerboards, and humbucker-style pickups — but they each have a completely different personality.
