– Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and became a sergeant
– Worked as a frontline caseworker helping low‑income households with Medicaid and SNAP
– Joined the Social Security Administration and became a District Manager, running one of the busiest SSA offices in the country
– Spent thousands of hours watching people get hurt by confusing letters, rushed phone calls, and bad information
– Retired from SSA and started teaching these rules in plain English on YouTube so ordinary Americans could finally get straight answers
