Quaternary Seasonals were for a long time though to go on Elemental Ethereal Islands if they ever existed, now we have Ethereal Islets!
To get any of them, itβs like Primordials but instead of needing 3 of each type of Meebs & coming from a Quad, it only needs 1 type of each Meebs & comes from a Single Elemental! You can have as many as you can & they can even be Dish-harmonized to give you a bit of all type of Meebs.
One day I may do an Island with all the Tertiary & Quaternary Seasonals.
