A lot of people are calling for Lunalight Liger Dancer to be hit.
In fact, Joshua Schmidt in his latest banlist video, predicted Liger would be limited.
This opinion was supported MKohl 40, in one of his recent shorts.
I respect their Opinions and acknowledge that most decks can’t out a single Liger let alone two. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Liger has the highest win rate of any single card in YGO right now.
However, you need to remember that Liger is balanced by the fact that it can only be played in Lunalight. A deck with only 1 win condition and it’s fair share of weaknesses.
I’m not taking a shot a Lunalight, You know I love the deck and will continue to play it. But objectively speaking, it’s rarely the best deck in the room.
After all, if all it took was 2 Modern Towers to top, Lunalight would win every event.
Nevertheless, it’s not about what I think, but rather what Konami decides.
So to prepare for the worst, here’s how your end boards will change if Liger becomes limited.
