This is from a game called Better Than Dead where the character you're playing is a woman who has escaped the horrors of the gangs of Hong Kong and is now out for revenge. Her aim is wobbly, but her heart is full of vengeance.
Better than Dead uses bodcam style footage and "ultrarealistic" graphics to depict violent scenes with satisfying but awkward gunplay. It's a lot of fun when you pull off your mission.
