If I had $500 to my name and had never touched crypto, here's exactly what I'd do.
My exact buy and sell calls are in our group. The link is in my bio.
Step one. Safe exposure before risky exposure. I'd put about $300 into established companies already building on crypto, like Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe. They're first movers with high liquidity and lower volatility, so it's less risky than coins, but you still get crypto exposure. Bonus points if one has crypto and AI exposure at the same time.
Step two. The other $200 goes into a strategy called liquidity displacement. An automated market maker is just a shared pool of money, and you can see what a coin is paired with, like a coin paired with USDC, and how much money is actually in that pool. Target lower liquidity pools with strong fundamentals. When a big buy order comes in, it displaces the liquidity and shoots the price up. This only works in crypto, which is exactly why it's so lucrative while it's still new.
Step three. Learn how to actually trade. Researching coins is useless if you don't know how to trade them. That's like studying Michael Jordan's jump shot instead of learning to play. Get the full system from someone who actually does it.
