After decades in the industry, I've watched hundreds of apprentices come and go. The ones who rise to the top aren't always the smartest, strongest, or most naturally talented.
They're the ones who build the right habits.
I call them the Trade Tough Six:
✅ Show Up Early
✅ Hit It Hard
✅ Bring the Fire
✅ Give a Damn
✅ Take the Teaching
✅ Go One More
