If God Determines Every Belief, Why Trust Yours? — Calvinism, Evil & the Problem of Determinism
Does exhaustive divine determinism create an epistemological problem for Calvinism?
Most non-Calvinists readily affirm that God is sovereign. The disagreement comes over what sovereignty means. Does God merely possess ultimate authority over His creation, or does He exhaustively determine every event—including every human thought, belief, judgment, choice, and even every act of evil?
