Path of Exile 2 the Third Edict is coming to a close in another month. This low level unique the Sierran Inheritance has an especially cool modifier (pun intended) that makes you faster when you are slowed by chill. i wanted to build around it for fun and to use up all those terrible chilled ground maps i have collecting dust in my inventory.
