If Classic Sonic's sprites were consistent
This video showcases mods for all the Classic Sonic games that ports Sonic 2's sprites (besides Sonic 2 of course). I personally think that Sonic's sprites from Sonic 2 were the best of the 4 games and depicts how he looks on the box art the best and seeing how inconsistent his sprites were from those games, having the Sonic 2 sprites in all of them for added consistency really makes a difference and looks way better imo.
