Hello everyone, in today’s lecture I offer a close reading and explanation of page 27-35 of Slavoj Žižek’s “the parallax view”. I try to explain some of Žižek’s ideas on Hegel, politics, ontology, and what he calls the “the logic of minimal difference.”

My hope is that these ideas will help clarify Žižek’s overall philosophical project and how it relates to his politics.
