Basically anxiety and depression suck. My girlfriend's been under a lot of pressure at college and her worrying makes me worried and missing her makes me depressed and this is the lowest I've been in at least two years. My mind will wander off to topics I can't stop and I feel NOTHING. I'm not female, I'm not male, I'm not even neither. I'm just nothing. I've made a plan but I know that I'm too wimpy to even go through with it, and I'd be too scared to leave her even if I wasn't scared. I just want to feel better, and I want her to feel better.

But idk.
