When Chase left the military, the hardest hit wasn’t physical. It was identity.

One day, everything was handled — food, shelter, medical, orders, a team, a mission.

The next day, it was all gone.

No command. No structure. No one telling him where to be or what mattered.

Here’s the lesson:
• Structure hides how dependent you’ve become.
• When it’s removed, identity gets tested fast.
• If you don’t rebuild discipline, drift takes over.

The system won’t save you.
You either build your own — or get lost.
