The 2018 Grand Tsukemen Fest is just over a month away!

Idashoten is one of Japan's highest ranked shops. They will serve a tsukemen with konbusui, an umami rich broth. This one will draw some crowds, I'm sure.

They will be at the event October 4th-10th. The entire event runs 4 weeks, with 9 different shops each week. Please come by. I will be live streaming every Thursday if you are around.
