This video shows constable Alena Fiala of the Chatham-kent police service in Ontario Canada.

When asked the direct question of why she pulled this citizen driver over. Constable Alena Fiala states "I was doing a property check in the area, we had a B and E the other day".

Then she demands his ID under highway traffic act. But I guess she forgot she didn't pull him over for anything regarding the highway traffic act.
