You've got to look close, but this Farmington Hills, Michigan officer's dashboard camera catches an amazing accident on video. As the officer approaches a driver that has lost control in icy conditions on an overpass, a second driver loses control and passes the officer driving right over the first car that had spun out. The only injuries from the accident were to the first driver who was struck in the face by the air bag which deployed. The driver refused to be taken to the hospital. (1998)
