For best results view at 1080p60fps. Let's compare that cheap Iconikal Rockchip 3328 kit containing a Rock64 to the Raspberry 3b and 4b! To keep it simple and fair, how about I just toss Lakka on all three boards running at stock speeds? The only non-stock change is I'm using a heatsink and fan on all three boards. Also, I use the same USB drive with roms on all three devices and the same controller.
Who comes out on top? Which board offers the best value? Watch and find out! It's a What the Hardware? and Utterly Pointless Comparisons crossover event! Kinda!
One little note: I had to capture all the footage off screen with my camera so there are some color differences. I planned to use my capture device, but some extenuating circumstances made that impossible. Oh, well. I wasn't going to let that stop me.
