Here is a VERY brief overview of the ring road from Reykjavik to Akureyri (the long way), covering a typical 7 day tour.
Sights include Thingvellir, Strokkur, Gullfoss, Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, Solheimajokull, Reynisfjara beach, Jokulsarlon, Diamond Beach, Ice cave @ breidamurkerjokull, East fjords, Modrudalur, Lake Myvatn, Dimmurborgir, Akureyri.

To see more, check out my Travel log playlist where I go more in-depth in each day!

Not shown: The amazing northern lights we were treated to almost every night! Honestly, pretty much the best reason to go in winter, but it isn't at any one particular location, so I left out those pictures.
