Context: Somewhere along the way, Iceflare received a change that allows it to re-freeze the same enemy it spawned the seeker on, which it didn't used to do. This means that if you coldsnap a champion or yellow bar, not only is the entire grenade refunded instantly, but you and your team can re-freeze it just by shooting it until your iceflare bolts timer runs out (4 freezes on a champ). This means you can freeze a champion for up to 20 seconds in total with a single coldsnap, which recharges instantly upon hitting the champion.
Not to mention, coldsnaps have intrinsic overload and unstop (since they slow enemies on direct impact), and now can consistently kill barrier champions due to the repeated freeze effect.
in the case there are a lot of adds around - shattering a yellow bar releases 2 bolts. one will seek out other targets, one will come back, so they won't cause problems
All three champion types at once, completely immobilize the champion for up to 20 seconds if you really stretch it, and a full grenade recharge upon using it.
