The Ice Monkey can now be placed directly on the Water! Just like Pat Fusty. You still need to make it an Arctic Wind to place other towers on the water, but this is super nice on maps like Flooded Valley where you used to have to wait for either an Ice Bridge or a Carrier Flagship to get your ice platform where you wanted it.
