#IceCreamSandos Pt. 1: Mango Sticky Rice 🥭🍚 Sticky rice, but make it an ice cream sandwich.

Ingredients:
✔️1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
✔️ 1 (12-oz.) bag marshmallows
✔️ 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
✔️ 5 cups puffed brown rice cereal
✔️ 1/2 tsp. dried cardamom
✔️ 2 pints mango ice cream
