Taking cold showers has many healthy benefits that can improve your lifestyle and can even save someone's life! ❄️🚿❄️

I made myself a challenge where I meditate in the cold shower for 30 days!

It took me some time to finish this project but I want to continue making real life videos! Enjoy it and wear some headphones! 😄
