This is an "HD pack" that is usable in the NES emulator Mesen. This particular "HD Pack" was created by imkrut, user of the romhacking.net forums, and it looks great, to be honest.
So... Yeah. this video shows this pack in action, and also gave me an excuse to play this game since it has been a LONG time... Yeah, I liked this one.
You want to give this a shot? Here's what you should do then:
1. Go here to geta download link of the HD Pack: romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=30581.0
2. Get the Emulator Mesen, since this pack is meant for THIS emulator only.
3. Get the game. You are on your own in this regard.
4. Run Mesen and the game you got. Then in the "Tools" menu select "Install HD Pack", locate for the file you got and select it. If the emulator asks for a reset, do it. Only then the HD pack will start working.
