This video was a bit unplanned. It was supposed to be a video about memory functions and options. While I was preparing for the video, I discovered that my 7100's firmware was pretty old. I haven't updated it since it was new. I thought some of you might find it helpful to go through the process with me.
The firmware updates aren't covered in the manuals, but they do tell you how to check what your current versions are:
Basic Manual: 6-10
Advanced Manual: 17-31
