With Android 15, Samsung has introduced new restrictions on remote control access.No changes are required if you’re using the IBM MaaS360 Remote Support app.In this video, I’ll show how MaaS360 administrators can enable the Remote Control permission for third-party apps like TeamViewer using the Knox Service Plugin (KSP) configuration in the MaaS360 portal for Samsung OS 15 and above devices.
