I take a shell of an old IBM 5154 EGA monitor and modify it to house a more modern LCD panel. Also this mod is completely reversible. No vintage equipment was harmed in the making of this video.

It appears that the 12.1 inch 1024*768 TFT lcd that I ordered is no longer available from the seller I purchased it from. Hopefully these specs help.
