Until, 1990, the IBA was responsible for providing the transmitter infrastructure and ensuring technical standards for all Independent TV and Radio channels.
This programme for the "Television and Radio Trade" was broadcast every Tuesday morning on ITV/C4 from the IBA's HQ at Crawley Court, Hampshire.
