The Guardian APC is a dynamic solution based on commercially available Ford F550 HD truck chassis. The Guardian APC is designed to seat up to 10 personnel. The mechanical components such as the suspension and braking systems have been designed for superior drivability, off-road capability and to sustain the entire armoring weight plus crew and cargo. The high payload military grade tires are equipped with beadlock tactical wheels and run-flat assemblies and can be outfitted with an optional semi-automatic central tire inflation system (CTIS).
